Encouraging Entrepreneurship in Rochester

Brad Feld of Foundry Group, and one of the founders of Techstars.org has organized an entrepreneur week in Boulder Colorado. I know Brad from several online engagements (I’m even trying to bring him to Rochester), but it always amazes me how much Brad and his colleagues have done in Boulder - a city much like Rochester in many ways - to create a dynamic, growing entrepreneurial culture in his city.
What can we do to create a week much like this one.
I’m open to ideas and comments - please let me know what it would take to create a cross-disciplinary celebration of Entrepreneurship in Rochester.
